Regarding an error where some Star Gem purchases made through Google Play weren't properly
appearing in user's accounts, corrections have been made by Google Play.
We have confirmed that Star Gems can now be properly received.
For users who purchased Star Gems during the problem
with Google Play Store payments and did not receive their Star Gems,
we ask that you please wait for an e-mail regarding refunds
from Google Play Store or please contact the Google Play Help Center.

As described below, currently there is a purchase delay that occurs when purchasing the Star Gem.
At this time, we are investigating the problem.
