Announcement from the Development and Live Operation teams

Regarding the special Telty Festival event helm,
we have confirmed an issue where the parameters do not change,
even when upgraded with Event Magi.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by this issue.

We are currently making adjustments to the helm's effects.
We will make adjustments so that the damage dealt to event monsters
for event points will match the conditions of top refinement (+15).
Additionally, we will make changes so that helms upgraded with the Event Magi
will show increases in a different parameter.

The above changes are scheduled to be implemented during our next game maintenance.
