Announcement from the Development and Live Operation teams

The issue occurring on some of the Box items has been fixed
in the maintenance on 30 June, 2017.
The undefined item was extracted when opening the box,
causing the error (0x0951) when opening the Bag or the Storage.

Now the game can be enjoyed without any issue.

■Compensation for the technical issues

1 Star Gem will be given as a compensation

*Star gem will be distributed by stages.
*Characters created before 30 Jun. 2017 at 14:30 are eligible.
*Receiving due date is 21 July 2017, 23:59.

■Regarding the compensation
To compensate the issue above, 1 Star Gem will be distributed.

Also, to fix the error, the items with undefined id causing the issue have been deleted.
Leo Box will be distributed on a later day, the amount depending on the deleted amount.
